Production Facilities

Sky Man International's production plant (5000 m²) divided into:

• Lockable warehouse & open warehouse: alpha-numerical part numbering- and inventory system covering 5000+ items, differentiating parts, sub-assemblies &andassemblies.

• BMU plant: 15m free space working height under overhead cranes. Roof car jib lengths under roof manufactured to 30m length.

• Service Cage (Wind) division: 4 production lines with both ladder guided and steel wire rope guided test rigs.

• TSP division: Mechanical section, electrical & electronics section, assembly and test rigs. Multiple hoist test rigs (4 units at the same time).

• Aluminum & steel welding sections.

State of the art welding apparatus, latest technology aspirator systems, centrally installed compressed air supply facilities in all manufacturing sections, machining centre.
