Service, Inspection & Maintenance

Sky Man locations in Europe, USA and our network of distributors worldwide, have fully equipped workshops and availability of spare parts providing:

• Service and repairs to Sky Man hoists and safety brakes.
• Certification & re-certifying of thorough examination for all equipment that is serviced or repaired in the workshops.

For permanently installed systems (BMU), we provide installation, commissioning, service, inspection and repair of the systems on sites in Europe and export countries (directly or through distributors). Pro-Bel Group (USA/Canada) provide these services for BMU systems installed in North America.

'Service – Control – Traceability' for our wind industry customers:

Together with some 'key distributors', we  have developed a customer focused database for managing Sky Man service cages, installed in wind turbines worldwide. The component database contains information of work completed and future scheduled work. Our customers are reminded of renewal dates for periodic service (hoists & safety brakes can be swapped out for service, to keep the equipment operational at all times and reduce the downtime of site interventions). The system is updated weekly with serial numbers logged in. Our customers receive coded access to the information of their wind farms. The database allows greater traceability and increased management for our customers to comply with codes and regulations for inspections and/or service.
