Change in management & board of directors of the company in Europe
Effective July 1st next, the board of directors has nominated GoCon bvba, represented by Kris Govaert, as Managing Director of the company. The nomination has been adopted by resolution at the shareholders Ordinary General Assembly meeting on June 18th 2012.
With this nomination Kris also becomes responsible for full day to day management, supported in that function by the 4 members of our management team.
Kris joined Skyman just over 4 years ago, in the position of Commercial Director. He holds a Master degree in Engineering and a post graduate degree in Marketing Management. Kris started his career in the telecom business with over 5 years of experience in different sales and marketing functions, before joining Skyman. Over the last 4 years Kris has excelled as a leader in commercial management and showed great skills and vision in strategic management when joining the board of directors.
Please join me to congratulate Kris with his new endeavours and ambitious plans for continued growth of our business worldwide. The Skyman team and me have assured him the best of our support.
